We’re obsessed with the Tudor Date + Day, and this is a very special example: a gold reference 7019/1, in NOS condition and complete with its original box.

Tudor introduced the Date + Day in 1969 as a more accessible counterpart to the Rolex Day-Date—affectionately nicknamed the “Poor Man’s President.” While Rolex reserved the Day-Date largely for precious metals and more traditional case proportions, Tudor took a different, more playful path. The 7019 line brought the same day-and-date functionality into a larger 38mm Oyster-style case, giving the watch a stronger wrist presence and a distinctly versatile character. Tudor brought out 3 variations of the 7019, with the "/" representing the case material. We previously sold a beautiful 7019/4, which was in steel and white gold.

This example adds another layer of charm, offering the warmth and elegance of gold while retaining the robust, everyday spirit that makes these vintage Tudor Date + Day watches so appealing. Fitted with classic Rolex-signed components, including the crown and screw-down Oyster caseback, the watch remains a wonderful reminder of the shared heritage between Tudor and Rolex.

What makes this example truly exceptional is the condition. It is presented in NOS condition, with its original box, making it exactly the kind of watch we hope to find but almost never do.
