THE STORY
A steel Datejust with the dial that makes people look twice. Known as the Buckley dial, the painted black Roman numerals and black hands give this Datejust a unique look among the usual crowd. We love the clarity of the dial with its sharper and cleaner look, one can see why this particular reference was favored by the likes of Harrison Ford.
Our example today is from 1979, with a 6.1 mil serial and original jubilee bracelet. Measuring at 36mm with an engine turned bezel, this one has all the marks of a classic, original Datejust with a great twist.
